Before Insider, Patrick worked at ZALORA for over 4 years as Regional Director and he was responsible for Product Innovation, Branding, Content Strategy, and User Experience across ZALORA's eight countries of operation. His work has been awarded the "Best Use of Consumer Insights" at the Loyalty and Engagement Awards
